378 days and still waiting

I have had my resume posted with Aerate for over a year. Each time I call to check a job listing I'm told that the job isn't a perfect match and I'm asked if I know of any one in various triads who the aerotek staff can call. basically I feel that they are asking me to recruit for them witch wouldent be bad if they were willing to pay for the info
